Picking a Time.

Picking a time seemed simple to me. We both like Fall Weddings -- so why not?! Jimmy really wanted September but two great friends of ours are getting married at the end of September. Now, is this really a problem? Yes. Why? Because not only is Jimmy one of the groomsmen but I am the photographer. So our focus really needs to be on our friends and their special day!! No one deserves to have an overlapping wedding with another set of friends.

For me -- we were last to the table -- so we get the slim pickings.

We considered getting married earlier than September...however the following lead to a big FAT no;

1. Im having a baby in APRIL ... I will not be feeling sluggish, sore or overweight on our wedding day.

2. Im having a baby in APRIL. I don't want a newborn at the wedding - because this means, instead of a grandparent [our parents] enjoying the wedding; they'll be attending to the baby.

3. Im having a baby in APRIL [get the picture]. I plan on nursing so leaky boobies at my wedding?? ehh no thank you. haha

4. My brother is getting married at the end of June. So, Id either have to pop out a baby in APRIL and get married in MAY or....just simply wait.

5. Our budget is very tiny -- and would be any tinier if we didn't wait til AT LEAST the Fall.

So. With that said....our goal is early October.

Time to hunt down some venues...and see if thats even possible.
